My name is Jeff Nevarez and am running for City Council Place 5. For over ten years, I have served this community selflessly. You have asked for true leadership, and I am answering your call. Kennedale is the best town in Texas because of the people. We need to move Kennedale forward by encouraging development and new business to come here. By expanding our retail tax revenue we can relieve the burden of cost to the property owners of Kennedale. My priority is to get bureaucracy out of the way of business development. I will demand compromise and bring everyone to the table for the equity of Kennedale.  I will continue my work on expanding our Parks to self-sufficient funding and creating a Sports Complex to fix our baseball fields. To accomplish all this, I need all of you to send a message with me. True leadership is needed as we push forward through our growing pains.  Smart growth can only be done by knowledgeable leadership. Vote for me this May and join me in the discussion on the future of Kennedale.
